2. Planning for the change: Once you’ve mastered the art of understanding the need and the why, go ahead and prepare for your career movement. This will undoubtedly look different to different people and depending on what stage you’re at in your career, you might need a revamp your professional persona, freshen up your resume, consider developing an online leadership voice, and/or consider other alternatives like gaining additional career skills. These are just mere highlights, but essential callouts that can help shape your movement more successfully. Keeping in mind that your plan should be customized specifically for you.
3. Embracing your movement: Now that you understand the need and have planned for your change, it’s time to embrace your movement. This is when you show up and step into your divine calling.  It’s all the data you’ve collected on yourself that has guided you to make well-informed decisions.  For some people it’s a promotion at your current company or exploring other opportunities, for others it might be starting a business or increasing their annual salary.  Whatever your career movement is, it’s wrapped up in your inspiration, and that inspiration is leading you towards change.
